Recruiter to Must

The changing global situation means that our defense needs to be strengthened, and the increased intelligence activities against Sweden and the Armed Forces are extensive. It is therefore of great importance for the Armed Forces to have access to competencies in many areas for both short-term challenges and long-term considerations. In light of this, we are looking for recruiters for Must.

We offer an important and stimulating job where you contribute to Sweden's security on a daily basis. We enjoy our work, but it is important for us that the job can be well combined with everyday life and life outside of work, and we therefore apply flexible working hours. The section consists of a group of engaged employees with great drive who possess many different areas of expertise within HR. Within the department, we have a close collaboration with each other, and we offer you a workplace with competent colleagues who have the important task of supporting Must's managers, both operationally and strategically. The section is development-oriented, and the work is conducted close to the operations.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of recruiter, you will work closely with the operations and primarily support the business and recruiting managers with all parts of the recruitment process, which means assisting with the development of job requirements, writing job advertisements, support during the selection process, reference checks, and interviews. There is a wide variety of recruitment assignments, and you will recruit for both military and civilian positions at various levels. You will work closely with our selection psychologists and recruitment coordinators.

In the role of recruiter, you will also, together with your colleagues, work on developing and improving routines and processes within recruitment. You will be responsible for conducting training in recruitment. Furthermore, a significant amount of administration is involved in the position.

Qualifications

  • academic education in HR/recruitment or other education/experience deemed relevant by the employer
  • several years of experience as a recruiter/recruitment consultant
  • experience of independent work throughout the entire recruitment process
  • ability to adapt to new contexts, situations, and industries
  • good administrative skills
  • very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish

Meritorious

  • experience in recruitment within the public/state sector
  • experience in recruiting for security-classified positions
  • experience in conducting training

Personal Characteristics

You are confident in recruitment contexts and have excellent collaboration skills. You are social, communicative, and attentive, which are important qualities as you will meet people with different experiences and perspectives in your work. Furthermore, you are self-driven, service-minded, and have an easy time building relationships and trust. The work requires high integrity and the ability to plan, structure, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Great emphasis will be placed on personal characteristics.

Other

Location: Stockholm. The position is civilian. The Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible according to agreement.

An employment with us means placement in a security class. Usually, Swedish citizenship is required. A security clearance with a background check will be conducted before employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act. Employment also includes an obligation to be placed in wartime.
